We look to support management teams, equity owners, businesses and other stakeholders through appropriately structured financings for a variety of capital needs relating to refinancings, recapitalizations, organic growth objectives and strategic priorities.We are active across a wide range of transaction types and typically invest in the following sectors: consumer, business / financial services, healthcare / healthcare services, industrial / industrial services and technology / media / software.
