Australia's first luxury boutique art hotel, the property is sensitively integrated into some of Hobart's oldest colonial waterfront warehouses; the site of the famous IXL Jam factory. The hotel is a working art gallery. Its walls are adorned with more than 400 pieces of masterfully curated Tasmanian art and the iconic Landscape Restaurant is a tribute to Australia's most renowned Landscape artist, John Glover.
