We specialize in repairing common issues on older homes like dry rot, termite damage, water damage, uneven floors, over spanned lumber, errors in construction, and issues in newer homes like sinking and tipping piers, cracked brick walls and improperly supported floors/walls or second stories. We are able to work with both homebuyers and sellers to solve issues found on home inspections and insure that a home is safe and sturdy. Our inspections are free, and we can offer structural engineer consultations if desired.
