We offer quality martial arts & kickboxing classes for both Kids and Adults. We pride ourselves on our supportive community and excellence in education. Martial arts practice is a great workout, but it doesn't mean anything if you don't learn the right way. Our black belt instructors give you the tools to get it right. In our classes, you've got to put in the work to reap the rewards. Good news is, it's our job to get (and keep) you motivated, and we're pretty good at it.Four Manhattan locations: Upper Eastside, Upper Westside, Midtown West, and Tribeca.
