After proper heat treatment machining is done on sophisticated special purpose machines, diamond profile turning and CNC machines.We also have fully equipped R&D department consisting of highly qualified and technically competent engineers helping in constant innovation and quality improvement. The wide range of pistons and piston rings manufactured by agricultural sprayers, stationed to automotive diesel engines. Diamond Pistons, operating as a stand-alone unit, commenced its commercial operations in the year 1969. The company operates with six plants located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The plants have facilities for casting and machining and operate at 60% production capacity utilisation. The company caters to the replacement market at the domestic and international level. It serves the two and three wheeler segments. The company exports to Sudan, Colombia, Brazil and Bangladesh among others. The domestic market accounts for 48% of the total revenue and the rest is contributed by the export market.The company is accredited with ISO 9001- certification.
