Formed in 2007 Pirelli Consultancy Ltd (PCL) is a systems consultancy company focused on the link between people, processes and systems to create ways to enhance and improve the effectiveness and performance of systems within businesses. PCL are an experienced and dedicated consultancy company who regard customer relationships and ongoing working partnerships as paramount to a successful business. Our focus is to ensure people, processes and systems work in harmony. Whether reviewing individual processes, peoples functions or assessing system effectiveness PCL are able to bring immediate benefits. Our skills are based on Prince2 methodology and an Agile approach to give a clear, concise and detailed project management method designed to improve the effectiveness of systems within businesses. Our project experiences have shown that no one approach fits all and PCL will work closely with our clients to ensure the best approach is considered. PCL offer a range of consultancy services from a complete project management package to specific individual requirements.
