The Company has recently executed an exclusive license with Yale University to the replication proficient virus-like vesicle (VLV) a platform technology for the development of vaccines for worldwide commercialization. The proprietary VLV technology which has been validated in a number of animal models including non-human primates will be employed to create new, potentially first-in-class vaccines that engage the body's immune system to both recognize and fight off various diseases.
