NCRF is a non-profit, research organization dedicated to promoting high quality, state-of-the-art cancer treatment, symptom management, cancer control, prevention, quality of life and biology studies in Nevada. The Nevada Cancer Research Foundation is a non-profit corporation organized exclusively for educational and scientific purposes. Funded primarily by a NCI Community Oncology Research Program grant which resulted from the merger of the NCI's Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP) and the NCI Community Cancer Centers Program (NCCCP) . The Foundation has been a CCOP/NCORP grant recipient since 1983. The Foundation is one of 46 current recipients of the NCORP grant.
