Road.Travel is the all-in-one solution for creating and publishing curated routes with storytelling, booking capabilities and the industry-unique budget optimizer.We make car travels as simple as holiday packages, and Road.Travel is the first-ever technological platform to introduce road trip packages.Our technology enables tourism authorities, destination management companies and travel service providers to take immediate steps in the months following the global lockdown.Road trip packages can attract individual tourists, predominantly willing to travel via personal vehicles to keep social distancing, to less known and remote destinations in their countries.We have a mission to revive the tourism industry and support local businesses by inspiring domestic travels while international trips are still impossible or discouraged.The project is the Finalist in the Smart Destinations category of a global startup competition by the United Nations World Tourism Organization in 2020.We are the winners of startup competitions by Ford Motor Company, Porsche and Volkswagen in 2019 and a strategic partner of BYTON, "the world's first smart device on wheels", nominated as the Collaborative Partnership of the Year at TU-Automotive Awards 2020.We're already carrying out projects with tourism boards in several countries to address tourism dispersal, one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, contributing to the creation of a global ecosystem for individual car tourism and supporting the fundamental shift to clean energy in mobility.
