MindOn's mission is to support children in the development of their mental wellbeing and resilience. We are a team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and educators with a keen interest in child development. We use our expertise and knowledge to reduce the causes and impact of mental health issues in young people. Through our programmes and resources we help children build resilience and deal with stress and anxiety. We use scientifically-based approaches from positive psychology research to help children explore their strengths, build self-awareness and self-acceptance and manage stress better to ensure that they lead a happy and mindful life.We believe mental fitness should be given as much focus in a child's life as physical and academic fitness and that this can be developed through simple, creative and fun activities. Our resources incorporate positive psychology, social-emotional learning, and mindfulness. We support parents to help develop their child's mental wellbeing as well as provide consultancy and customisable programs to help schools easily integrate a mindfulness-based curriculum:- MindOn app- MindOn interactive journals- Workshops for kids, parents and educators- Teacher training workshops- Classroom materials- SEL (Social Emotional Learning) curriculum and lesson plansWe play a leading role in bringing mindfulness programmes to children in India.
