Success Insights, now known as TTI Success Insights, is dedicated to making organizations better through the design, education and implementation of assessment-based talent management solutions, TTI Success Insights maximizes the performance and satisfaction of employees, while increasing business results for corporations around the world. Originally developed and promoted in diskette format by Target Training International, our assessments quickly garnered the attention of independent consultants and business coaches across the United States. The opportunity and demand for domestic distribution resulted in the establishment of TTI Performance Systems, Ltd. in 1990, with Target Training International maintaining the role of research and product development. As the success of domestic distribution flourished in the U.S. and Canada, demand grew beyond North America, and in 1997 we formed Success Insights International to serve as the international distributor of TTI products. Over the course of the next 15 years, with TTI assessments being distributed and applied in 90 countries and translated into 40 languages, the need for a unified global brand became evident. With Target Training International delivering research and serving as a worldwide expert in the field of self-discovery, TTI Success Insights was founded in 2013 to deliver the most advanced assessment-based talent management solutions across the globe.
