Hrpm was designed when there was a dire need for a stable and accurate solution that would tie in with payroll packages. It needed to make the collection of hours worked easily manageable with the ability to import these hours into a payroll, cutting down on hours spent during period. A group of developers then worked with the retail industry to create a Time and Attendance solution that is relevant to the needs of our clients. Hrpm was deployed for the first time in 2004 and has been given the backing of Spar, Jumbo clothing and numerous other retail industries. Over the years we have changed and developed the system to ensure that Time and Attendance becomes simpler and more effective. We will continue to develop in order to remain relevant to the needs of the industry.We have grown in the past few years and are now becoming the preferred supplier due to our no contract policy and the fact that we do not have yearly licence fees. Because we are a cloud-based software solution, we are able to guarantee that all data is never lost and always accessible from remote sites. Our reporting system has been designed by retailers themselves and therefore we are confident that our budget report, amongst many reporting features, are tools that assist managers to keep track of wage costs. By integrating to the clients POS, we are able to compare budgeted figures to actual figures, thus giving you the edge to expenditure needs in terms of your department needs. Our shift roster is the basis for the program and from the roster, exceptions, leave, no show, late coming etc are able to be monitored by the minute.
