In October 2022, Evolution Infrastructure Limited acquired the business of the market-leading financial advisory, modelling, model assurance and training provider to the infrastructure and project finance sector, DWPF Services Limited. Evolution Infrastructure is a new company set up by Daniel Tyerman, Hamish Tulloch and Simon Johnson. Evolution Infrastructure reflects the team’s ambition to continue to grow the business and diversify into new sectors in infrastructure, renewable energy and the energy transition.
