We manage single families, duplexes, and multi-unit residential complexes.However, PPS is more than a management company. We work directly with our clients to determine and develop their specific investment goals, and we tailor a plan to help them reach those goals.Our system is designed to protect and preserve real estate investments while maximizing our clients' returns on those investments. In order to do this, we utilize a unique process designed from an investment perspective, which is the perspective we use to develop all of our systems, make decisions, and review our actions. Anybody can collect rent; savvy investors want a property manager who will manage their property like they would if they owned it themselves. That is what we do every day.
