We pride ourselves not only on supplying amazing quality products and personalised unique gifts, but also an unrivalled customer service to match, with lightning fast production and delivery across New Zealand. Our business was established back in 2009 by me (Adam) and my partner Sarah with a vision of becoming one of New Zealand's leading gift stores offering high quality and unique gifts. To this day both me & Sarah still have a very hands on role.Sustainability: Over the past 10 years and through our own research we have noticed how the excessive packaging of both products and shipped items is an issue for the environment and we feel that all businesses, including online retailers need to do more to reduce their impact on the environment.Living in such a beautiful unspoiled country inspires us to do more and we strive to have as minimal impact on the environment as possible. We now have a sustainability policy in place and have made major in roads to reduce our packaging on products, shipping packaging, wastage and more. You will also find the vast majority of the products on our website will last for many years to come and are not cheap throw away items which we see all too often in the gift industry.Pay It Forward:Both as a business and personally we strongly believe in paying it forwards and helping others less fortunate.We do this in lots of small ways throughout the year including simple things like contributing to great causes in our local community, to larger donations and on-going support for other organisations.We are proud to support the awesome work KidsCan do for children living in poverty across New Zealand. For every employee that works at Ahurei Gifts we set up a monthly support donation for a child living in poverty in New Zealand.Since 2013 The Factory Outlet Limited (Ahurei Gifts) have be a proud Corporate Supporter of the Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust and we will continue our support well in to the future with your help.
