We're a family of kind-hearted, hardworking, food lovers, and we're all about making everyday Thai special. All of our dishes are based on our founder's family recipes, using key ingredients sourced directly from Thai farmers. The friendly vibe of our buzzy all-day restaurants feeds off happy customers and team members who share our passion for authentic food and genuine hospitality. Field to wok cooking has always been the mission of our founder Saiphin, who first brought the soulful, spice-led food from her childhood in northern Thailand to Rosa's caff in Spitalfields (with the help of friends and family) in 2008. We've come a long way since then, but our name and ethos remain the same. You'll find us in unfussy cafes at the heart of neighbourhoods, delivering freshdishes from our kitchens to the nation's doors, and mixing the perfectingredients for people to cook up Thai specials in their own homes.Our restaurants are fun places to eat and work.
