In more established companies we all can feel that what worked a decade ago already look obsolete. Without proper training, without proper working methods their internal energy decrease and they end up feeling dry.So how can we train and motivate people who are trapped in a constant stream of tasks, to-do lists, emails, deadlines and strategies coming from the top?
