At be. meditation, we've designed an on-line studio for individuals and teams that brings world-class teachers directly to you, providing a soothing force to calm and balance the mind and body.Classes are offered from 7 am to 8 pm Pacific Standard Time, daily, and include meditations for grounding, calming the body and mind, visioning your future, creativity, intention setting, manifestation and more. Our live, virtual classes provide that pause to create space to innovate, lead with empathy and cultivate individual and team balance. Ultimately, we help you create a sense of satisfaction in your life, by creating an internal sense of calm. In a world that is forever changing, it's important to slow down, regroup and center.
