Beaware Solutions Pty Ltd is a ‘one stop shop' for risk mitigation in facility management.Emergency Management Plans, Procedures and evacuation diagrams compliant to AS3745 with fire safety engineered solutions for building certifiers, where required. We use AS3745 with AS4083 to produce compliant procedures for healthcare and aged care facilities, as well as lockdown and lockout procedures for schools and child care centres. We can assess facilities where dangerous goods and hazardous substances are stored to develop emergency plans that satisfy statutory bodies. We provide evacuation procedures for buildings in bushfire prone zones and cyclone prone areas. Our procedures also ensure that the workplace is compliant with Work Health & Safety Regulations, Clause 43. Work Health & Safety Management Systems compliant to AS4801, system audits and safety inspections using AS31000 to ensure risk management procedures are in place and working. Our consultants ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety Regulations and Codes of Practice. We also provide machinery and equipment risk assessments and safe work method statements. We can also create Site Safety Management Plans for development and remedial construction sites.Security assessments using SRMBoK and Australian Standards HB167, as well as Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Reports. Our consultants maintain a current awareness of crime trends through BOCSAR and daily analysis. They work with technical developers in identifying appropriate equipment for each client, providing a detailed report for ‘best fit'. Beaware Solutions can project manage the implementation process, providing an independent conduit for the tender process and ensuring technical specifications are met.
