Madhava Prefab introduces for the first time in India, Luxury modular prefabricated Homes & Cottages suitable for farmhouses, holiday homes, hotels & resorts, second homes, camping sites and are even suitable for no construction zones. All our units come complete with all the finishing required which means you get your home / cottage ready to move in. A customer even has a choice of customization of homes / cottages / Shops. They are manufactured offsite in our manufacturing unit and are delivered in panel form which is then assembled on site saving the clients expensive transportation cost. Only the Container house have a travel expense to it. These house withstand any harsh weather whatsoever. Madhava Prefab offers Container home which is a dwelling made from recycled steel shipping containers that may have been used as a cargo carrier on a ship, train, or truck. Because they're small and repurposed, container homes are seen as environmentally friendly and they are much cheaper than a traditional home pannell form which is then assembled on site saving the clients expensive transportation cost.
