A festival is built over time and with each person who brings their personal touch. 2015 marks the 5th anniversary of the festival and also the arrival of new faces, new places and new ways. Alongside, we find our old friends and in the same breath the classic events we have known and appreciated since 2011.Thus, the second wave. One foot in the future, the other in tradition, with a program that aims to reach the general public more than ever, as well as the independent cinema and heritage. We therefore present your FCVQ 2015! And with it, comes the passion for cinema placing the actions of artisans of the 7th art, and you, the people of Quebec, at the center.
