We are a not for profit Social Enterprise focused on the immediate need that has emerged due to Covid 19. The pandemic has disproportionally affected members of the BAME (especially youth and BAME women) in south-west London particularly those on zero –hours contracts and living with in work poverty, in terms of job losses, Mental health, Digital exclusion, access to benefits and access to secure and decent work.A not-for-profit social enterprise is now set -up as both a short-term and long-term solution with a focus on BAME community, blue collar workers and provide on-the-job training, mental health support, help food poverty, self-employment opportunities and the development of general employability skills.
