Opensquare was born from a meeting, that of three passionate experts sharing the same observation: companies and their employees today need simpler and more effective survey tools. Determined to change the game, we developed a new approach to employee listening centered on the analysis of employees' feelings while offering them the possibility of expressing themselves completely freely on the subjects that matter most to them. An innovative approach, simpler, faster and above all more insightful! Thanks to our artificial intelligence tool called ENQI, we produce employee surveys analyzes of a breadth and depth hitherto inaccessible. Under 24 hours after the end of the survey, clear, impactful and incredibly effective results give you the keys to understand and act quickly. Beyond employee engagement, our goal is to transform the world of employee research by making each employee an agent of change. A virtuous circle improving the daily lives of employees and the performance of companies.
