Several of the Test Kits developed by Megazyme are international standard methods eg. Total Starch (AOAC Official Method 996.11); Resistant Starch (AOAC Official Method 2002.02); Damaged Starch (AACC Method 76-31); Mixed Linkage Beta-Glucan (AOAC Official Method 995.16); Fructan (AOAC Official Method 999.03). A recently developed Integrated Procedure for the measurement of Total Dietary Fibre (including resistant starch and non-digestible oligosaccharides) has just been accepted by AOAC International (Official Method 2011.25 & 2009.01).\ \Megazyme markets a range of over 500 products, both direct to customers and via a network of International Distributors, in 43 countries.
