Welcome to Industry, an independent, innovative bakery situated on the bustling Barry Hertzog Avenue in Emmarentia, Johannesburg. We are offering a fresh experience in breads, pastries, coffee and some of the best curated products from independent local producers. Born out of the great gold-mining and industrial heritage of Johannesburg, Industry draws inspiration from the rich history of this city, and we pledge that, as far as possible, we will source our ingredients and products from suppliers based in Johannesburg. We will be offering a wide variety of breads, including artisanal and traditional breads freshly baked daily. All your favourite pastries and confectionaries will be on offer as well as some new Industry creations. Don't forget to join us for our barista-made coffees and specialty teas. Industry's Café menu will be launched in the early part of 2015 which will offer a breakfast and lunch menu. Industry is committed to bringing you all your favourite freshly baked goods 7 days a week.
