INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NAGPUR (IIITN) is one of the twenty-three Indian Institutes of Information Technology in India. Established in the year 2016 by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India, to addresses the challenges faced by the Indian IT industry and growth of the domestic IT market. It is declared as an institute of national importance by "The Indian Institutes of Information Technology (Public-Private Partnership) Act of Parliament, 2017". The institute is committed to get itself recognized as a leader in Information Technology related science and engineering. It wishes to establish a firm foundation for education and research with a high-quality faculty base and having the vision to be the fountainhead of new ideas and innovations in technology and science.
