Student of Architecture at Bligh Graham Architects - Samford Village, Queensland, Australia
Bligh Graham Architects is a small practice situated on the outskirts of Brisbane City primarily undertaking work throughout Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast. The majority of the work completed by the firm is residential in nature (both new houses and renovations and extensions) with cultural, interior and commercial projects also commissioned. Budgets have ranged from $100k to $15m. Since being established in 2002 by Chris Bligh and Sonia Graham the quality of the firms work has been repeatedly recognised in the Australian Institute of Architects awards program and by local and national print media. In 2008 Bligh Graham Architects was the recipient of the prestigious Robin Dods award – the premier State award for residential architecture. Currently the core Bligh Graham team includes Chris Bligh, Sonia Graham and Daniel Hall. This highly experienced and dedicated team has over 50years combined experience in the industry. Each project is worked on collaboratively in a studio environment and personally managed from beginning to end. The practice has established strong relationships with supporting consultants, including engineers, landscape architects, and lighting designers, together with numerous builders. We are able to draw upon the expertise and advice of all these players to create outstanding and sustainable holistic solutions.
