NOREAS was formed in 2008 to provide environmental science, engineering, and consulting services to government, commercial and private sector clients. Our main practice areas include Environmental Consulting, Engineering Design, Natural Resources, Permitting and Construction/Project Management. NOREAS has strategically assembled a team of associates which are comprised of highly skilled and experienced engineers, environmental scientists, biologists, botanists, ornithologists, ecologists, regulatory permitting specialists, planners and geographic information system (GIS) specialists to solve our clients challenges. Our associates have worked closely together on numerous multi-disciplinary projects of varying complexity and size throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. We are incorporated in California as an S Corporation, and hold a valid Class-A General Engineering Contractor's license. NOREAS also possess a federal SBA 8(a) small disadvantaged business certification, and the California Public Utilities Commission has registered NOREAS as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Additionally, NOREAS is recognized as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Port of Long Beach, San Diego County Water Authority, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Los Angeles Unified School District, Southern California Edison, and other reciprocating agencies.
