North Texas Capital Partners, LP is a privately owned alternative asset investment group. We intend to acquire and operate a portfolio of healthcare related assets on a domestic basis, principally focusing on acquisition of account receivables from well established Ambulatory Surgical Centers. The risk will be mitigated by the fact that we will be purchasing receivables that have less than 90 days in aging range and the debtors are major medical insurance companies rather than individuals. Additionally we will enter in profit sharing agreements with investors in Surgical Hospitals, as well as fund short-term marketing campaigns in niche surgical procedures to generate aggressive return on investment for our limited partners.
