The history of the Staff Centre Group of Companies started in 1994 in Odessa when the core employees of our company started their shore carrier with a Ukrainian shipmanagement company, which operated four dozens of large capacity bulk carriers. Over several years, shipmanagement activities were broadened, and it was decided to form a separate company - Staff Centre Company - in 1999.
