The Company has four business segments: Business and Corporate Services; Carrier and Operator Services; Consumer Internet Services, and Mobile Services. In December 2007, GTI acquired New Telecom Technologies. In March 2008, Vimpel-Communications, through its subsidiary, VimpelCom Finance B.V., completed the acquisition of GTI.
