The Blue Lotus Meditation and Mindfulness Center offers individual and group talks. Instructional sessions, called Dharma talks, can range from finding inner peace to dealing with anxiety. Sessions are not dogmatic, for that is not what the Buddha taught, but instead are reflective of both nature and human nature. When we are mindful then we learn what's truly important about ourselves and the world we live in.
