H.S.R.V. Pelargos is the only Student Rowing Society in The Hague and is run entirely by students. Founded in 2002 by 3 members of The Hague University it is now one of the most active though comperatively small Student Societies in The Hague.At the start of 2009 a floating boathouse was realized with the help of the European Union and The Hague University at a location just behind the latter.The society is only open to students as members, but is welcoming any interested company for rowing masterclasses.
