As a former 20 plus year partner with the law firm of Nelson, Mullins, Riley and Scarborough, Walt Tollison has vast expertise in representing plaintiffs and defendants in business/commercial litigation matters, as well as environmental/toxic tort and products liability cases. Beth McMillan, also a former partner with Nelson, Mullins lends her expertise in support of the firm's business/commercial litigation matters, as well as assisting clients with domestic matters.Lauren Price, former law clerk of the Honorable Judge Herlong, joined the firm in 2008 and brings a host of knowledge and expertise in legal research, writing and litigation support for the firm.
