Building Credit Business The business of providing any credit facilities to any person for the express purpose of: a.) the purchase of immovable property b.) the construction, reconstruction or renovation of any building or other structure, for residential, commercial or industrial purposes. 2. Factoring Business The business of acquiring debts due to any person. 3. Leasing Business The business of letting or sub-letting movable property on hire for the purpose of the use of such property by the hirer, where the lessor is the owner of the property, regardless whether the letting is with or without an option to purchase the property. "Movable Property" includes any plant, machinery, equipment or other chattel attached to the earth.
