Our PhilosophyMars Venus Coaching Pty Ltd. was originally established and functioned as the international, product development, and research center for the franchising arm of Mars Venus Coaching, and it acted as the central hub for global distribution of Mars Venus products and services.  Organisations across the globe are declaring gender diversity policies and quotas to balance the misalignment of women being represented in the workplace. Mars Venus Coaching & Training postulates that organisations need to also understand that not only are men and women wired differently, but we are also bio-chemically different. Therefore Men and Women need to be managed differently to ensure that their needs are met or else the ‘Gender Agenda' will be in vain. Our workshops all start by presenting research done by John Gray Ph.D. in the field of gender intelligence which highlights and explains the differences in male/female decision-making.  The workshops continue by examining in depth these important areas:Mars Venus Coaching & Training takes gender difference as its foundation stone and then crafts its training into a powerful and yet practical knowledge base for its participants.
