In January of 2003, three agencies with over 58 years of successful operation in the Tri-Cities market became available for purchase from the founder and CBC LLC purchased Collections, Inc. in Kingsport, Credit Bureau/Collections in Johnson City, and Action Check Recovery in Kingsport. December of 2003 culminated in the purchase of Tennessee Valley Collections, previously owned by Mountain States Health Alliance. 2004 brought the acquisition of Bristol Collection Agency and completed the expansion/acquisition project. Maintaining the continuity and service level provided previously, the majority of the staff in place at time of sale remains in place today and provides our customers to receive the same high level of service and availability as prior to the sale.Our management team represents over 100 years of experience in the collection industry.
