TCPTD is led by its president and principal consultant/instructor, Wanda L. King. She brings 20 years of leadership and staff development training, human resources, and organizational development experience from the retail, health care, and academic fields. For 11 years, Ms. King was responsible for meeting the training needs of the 20,000+ faculty, leadership, and staff at The Johns Hopkins University.
