Thesis is a clothing brand that illustrates a new point of view about Soweto; it is a brand for the youth, by the youth of Soweto and South Africa. The brand that was born out of the ambience and beat of the Soweto street culture .The clothing brand designs and manufactures trendy and fashionable street wear clothing with a fusion of a Soweto and a western feel to them. Thesis represents the now generation of Soweto that captures the old and revitalising the future. A Thesis is a report brought back after a study has been conducted about a subject. A thesis has been conducted about the street culture of Soweto and it has been reported back into a fashion language so people can wear what is relevant to them. Each Thesis clothing item/range is first conceptualized, designed and manufactured to quality garments that possess a classy, unique detail to it. The market of Thesis clothing is persons from ages 18-35 and those young at heart. Thesis Clothing has taken part in one of South Africa's yearly fashion calendar events, The Joburg Fashion Week in 2007 and 2008. Thesis aims to be clothing brand of choice to the youth of South Africa.
