Southwood Clearing & Grinding specializes in brush cutting and land clearing activities. We have over 40 years experience in the construction industry and take pride in our work. We have specialized equipment that allows us to cut brush and grind small trees on your property leaving an environmentally friendly mulch product on the ground. This eliminates the need for permits, hauling, evasive heavy machinery that requires land owners more work when the land clearing is over. Land owners of residential property, commercial, detention/ retention ponds, right-of-ways, home owner's associations, farmers, fence lines, ponds/ lakes, creeks, dams, nature trails, hunting land, county may have a need for our services. Our excavator brush cutting attachment is capable of getting in hard to reach areas. We are capable of mulching overhanging limbs, steep embankments, edges of ponds or creeks without having to disturb the property. There is no project too small or too large. We are also available for hourly tractor work which includes: mini excavator, skid steer, bush hog farm tractor, rubber tire loader, midi excavator.
