Zhejiang International Investment Promotion Center is an official investment service agency under the supervision of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce. A chief organ in charge of promoting inbound and outbound investment, it aims to catalyze investment, expand cooperation and friendship, and build enduring bonds of trust between government agencies and business/social stakeholders, with a view to contributing to Zhejiang's wider endeavour to build common prosperity. 浙江省国际投资促进中心于2001年经浙江省政府批准设立，是浙江省商务厅下属的事业单位，主要承担推介浙江省投资环境和产业政策，吸引国际投资，推动我省企业"走出去"实现跨越式发展的重任，开展双向投资促进，我省驻外商务代表处的协调联络和服务保障等工作。 中心推行"一家受理，全程服务"的新型服务体系，下设综合部、行政部、外资促进部、对外投资部、国际联络部、浙江省外商投资企业投诉中心（投诉调解部）、浙江省国际投资服务中心、浙江省商务人力资源交流服务中心等8个部门及直属单位，并承担我省驻新加坡（东南亚）商务代表处、驻德国（欧洲）商务代表处、驻美国（北美）商务代表处、驻日本（东北亚）商务代表处、驻阿联酋（中东）商务代表处、驻南非（非洲）商务代表处（筹）等6个驻外商务代表处的协调联络和服务保障工作。下属浙江省国际投资服务中心和浙江省商务人力资源交流服务中心在省内各市地设有分支机构，全国范围内设有广泛的业务网络。
