I am a storyteller – my job is to tell "the story of the property" so that you can understand and act on the information to make wise decisions.I will take whatever time is needed to do a thorough inspection, explain my observations clearly and concisely, and provide you information you can use. As an independent inspector I have no one pushing me to maximize the number of inspections I do every day – you are my boss.I provide you and your clients with clear, concise inspection reports that you can act on. I worked more than 30 years as a "storyteller" through public relations and marketing, providing customers with critical information to make decisions about products. Then I went back to school to become a licensed Professional Inspector. I apply my decades of storytelling and business experience to ensure that you have critical information you need to make decisions. I served in the U.S. Air Force after graduating from Rice University in Houston. l also worked on the staff at Texas A&M for several years and then earned a Masters degree from the University of Texas at Austin – so blue, maroon and burnt orange all swirl in my blood!I understand the challenges of permitting, construction and adherence to building codes. I worked on construction crews doing site preparation, concrete foundations, framing and sheet metal work.
