West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre (WSNCC or the Centre) is a multi-service organization serving communities in Scarborough and east Toronto. We offer neighbourhood programs and services designed to enhance the well-being of people in the context of their community, culture and environment.We believe in the interdependence of individuals, family and community at large.
