Maddd specializes in value added projects and has participated in multifamily, commercial and residential development and acquisitions in the New York City metro area. Maddd Equities has a large portfolio residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. These range from 650 unit redevelopment projects to the acquisition and rehab of small of commercial buildings. All tolled Maddd has been involved the redevelopment of over 1,500 units of multi-family rental housing and 200,000 square feet of commercial and office development. In addition, Maddd is currently engaged in multiple new development projects ranging from Manhattan hotel and luxury rental high-rise construction to the renovation of a large former ice house ice in the emerging SoBro neighborhood of the Bronx.
