Minotaur Software, a CAI Software solution, enables process manufacturers to achieve end-to-end lot traceability through the application of office, plant and warehouse enterprise software. We’ve spent over thirty years developing these solutions for our customers in the food, beverage and nutraceutical industries. Minotaur's fully integrated, configurable ERP software helps manufacturer's, distributor's and wholesalers manage their lot traceability requirements. The Minotaur Business System is a fully integrated ERP system which includes accounting, production, inventory, EDI, warehouse management and lot traceability. Minotaur also offers fully integrated hand-held warehouse management for customers that need to keep track of inventory right down to the rack and bin and weigh/label functionality. Finally, in 2016 we released a new barcode labelling application that can be run stand alone or networked to your server or run from the cloud. It connects to weigh scales and produces GS1-128 barcode catch weight labels, especially important to meat processors. Visit www.catchmate.ca
