Domein Holset SparklingWineHouse, is a Wine Domain in the South of Holland and is focussed to create interesting Sparkling Wines. Do we achieve this...? That is up to you. We receive a lot of Professional endorsement.We do everything to bring, soil, grape-variaties, climate, moments of picking the grapes, winemaking, 2nd fermentation in the bottle (Traditional Method) in harmony, which you can taste in our Bubbles. We intend to produce typical DutchSparkling. In fact we are defining it.On 8 hectares we grow 6,5 hectares Souvignier Gris, Johanniter, Cabernet Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscaris & Chardonnay. In collaboration with Wijngaard St Martinus we produce high quality sparkling white wines. You can buy our 4 brands 'Prins van Holset', 'Bruut van Holset', 'Dot van Holset & 'Dame van Holset' in our webshop.We offer 7 guestrooms on a a beautiful location and you can attend Tours& Tastings of our wines.
