The structure enables deep research and iteration to drive vetted solutions to scale.To date EarthSpark has spun-off SparkMeter Inc., a venture-backed smart meter technology company, and Enèji Pwòp S.A., a Haitian clean energy retailer and microgrid operator. SparkMeter now serves electric utilities across 25 countries, and Enèji Pwòp is an established microgrid operator in Haiti. EarthSpark has also built Haiti's first town-sized, solar-powered smart grid, launched a second in 2019, and secured $9.9M in support from Green Climate Fund for the launch of the next 22 grids.
