If you have a need to connect with a contractor, we can get you connected. We work with a variety of major restoration contractors, including roofing, plumbing, flooring, HVAC, painting, windows/doors, remodeling, and landscaping. We will get you connected with the right contractor. HWCx is a company dedicated to assisting home owners through the maze of frustration and uncertainty when home repair issues arise. We act as your agent to find dependable vendors at reliably good prices. The company's success and growth is predicated on complete customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth advertising.Our simple tenet is the golden rule…"do onto others as you would have them do unto you." We will: .-Meet with you at your home to discuss your concerns and develop a scope of work needed. .-We will survey your home to include dimensions, drawings, and pictures necessary for vendors to provide competitive pricing. .-Contact vendors in your area who are dependable, trustworthy, and fair. .-We will negotiate with them on your behalf and secure three bids for your review and approval. .-We will present the vendor's proposals and review your options. .-Once you have selected your preferred vendor, we will contact them to prepare their contract for you. .-They then will provide the necessary service and guarantee, but if issues arise, we work with you obtain your complete satisfaction.
