HIV/AIDS has come a long way in the last 30 years, with lots of medication to treat the virus, research for cures, thousands of education and condom distribution programs and a generational awareness. However, the disease keeps spreading globally. It is our belief that we need to include stigma into every conversation, prevention method and research about HIV/AIDS. It is time to have a different conversation about HIV/AIDS and other health-related stigma.
