Our mission is to take conventional recruitment processes and make them more dynamic, cost-effective and risk averse. Our niche is the entry-level market; this is inclusive of graduates, second and third jobbers.Our permanent placements all incorporate our "try before you hire" ethos whereby we don't charge our clients until a good fit has been established on both sides. We place back office and support staff through our "Zara Support" process, as well as temporary staff through the "Zara Contracting " framework. Zara Recruitment also supplements graduate recruitment undertaken by some of Australia's largest firms through our partner programs.
